Quick answer:
[object Object]during a Telegram API application does not explain the underlying failure. Identify the step where it appeared. If you already clicked Create application, check for an existing ID and Hash before investigating the session or browser.
If repeated attempts have left you unsure what happened, contact GetTGAPI support with the symptom. The table below helps you describe the right stage.
What does [object Object] mean?
It is a common JavaScript string representation of an object. MDN documents that representation, but the text alone does not reveal the underlying Telegram response. It does not establish an IP restriction, an unavailable Short name or an ineligible account. MDN reference
An original public issue also contains a report of [object Object] during creation. Reports in the same thread describe failures in different environments, without an officially confirmed universal fix. Original issue
If the actual message is API_ID_INVALID, FLOOD_WAIT or a software stack trace, use the error index to find that scenario instead.
Match the point where it appeared
| Situation | What is known | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| After phone entry, before the code form | Portal verification is incomplete | Check country code, number and the actual account in your client |
| After code entry, still on verification | Verification has not been confirmed | Match the current portal code and preserve case |
| After clicking Create application | The creation outcome is uncertain | Check API development tools for the same account |
| The page returns to phone entry | This page is not retaining a usable portal session | Verify again; check the result first if Create was submitted |
| ID and Hash subsequently appear | Application credentials are available | Save them and stop submitting Create |
Keep the account consistent. Success with another number does not diagnose this number. Signing in through another browser does not prove the earlier submission failed.
After submitting Create, check the result first
- Keep the current tab and note the approximate time. Do not repeatedly click Create application.
- Reopen API development tools in the official developer portal using a browser you control.
- If verification is requested, complete the current portal flow and then read that account's application details.
- Save any complete ID and Hash. If a form or error remains, record it; a missing display is not a confirmed failed submission.
For example, a submission might show [object Object], but a subsequent visit displays both credentials. The current result should then be saved. This is an illustration of how to judge the outcome, not a claimed GetTGAPI success story.
For a long spinner or timeout, continue with creation timeouts and result checks.
If verification is followed by another error
Check whether you moved from an in-app browser to Chrome, closed a private window or cleared site data. Browser contexts do not necessarily share portal sessions. Restore verification for the correct account before judging whether the app details are available. Session and sign-in redirects
Avoid changing the title, requesting a new code, changing browsers and switching networks together. Even if a later attempt works, that would not identify which change mattered.
Will Incognito or another App title fix it?
Neither is guaranteed. Incognito creates a separate browsing session. A field-specific warning calls for a field-specific correction; [object Object] alone does not identify a title that will be accepted.
If an extension is a plausible factor, use the AdBlock, extension and Incognito checks. For form details, see App title, Short name, URL and Platform.
How to describe the issue to support
Visit gettgapi.com/en/help#contact and open the support bot. A useful message looks like this:
Clicking Create application on my.telegram.org showed [object Object]. On revisiting, I still see the form and no ID or Hash. I used desktop Chrome at about 14:30 today.
No phone number, code or Hash is needed in that initial description. Crop screenshots to the symptom and stage, hiding credentials. Do not send cookies, full requests or browser storage.
GetTGAPI support can discuss the problem and service scope first. If assistance is suitable, obtain an access code and continue at gettgapi.com/en/redeem. Assistance covers applications or retrieving existing API credentials, not lifting Telegram account restrictions. See scope and pricing.
What confirms resolution?
Complete API ID and API Hash for the correct account confirm that credentials are available. No popup, receiving a code or a redirect is not enough. Save your own copy when the result appears.
