Permitted use
Retrieve or apply for API credentials only for your own Telegram account or one you are explicitly authorized to use. We are independent of Telegram. If a number already has an application, we retrieve it; we do not promise a second set.
Use your API credentials in accordance with Telegram's rules. Our service provides application assistance. We do not guarantee compatibility with particular third-party software, fixed completion times or a successful upstream result.
Uses and exceptions
Starting an application reserves one use. A verified result consumes it. A confirmed failure or safe cancellation releases it. Unknown upstream responses keep the reservation while the result is checked; a network error alone does not trigger another creation request.
Complete the process in the browser where you started. Access codes validate uses and cannot retrieve another browser's historical results. Deleting a result or allowing the temporary delivery window to expire does not return a consumed use.
Payment and delivery
Website assistance costs CNY 5 / application; see Pricing. Website support provides a WeChat appreciation payment QR. An administrator verifies payment manually before issuing an access code. Saying Paid or sending a screenshot does not issue a code automatically.
Discuss quantity, payment verification and after-sales questions in the support chat. For third-party purchases, contact the original seller. Refund, duplicate-payment and non-delivery disputes require checking the actual records, rather than accepting a single message as proof.
Saving results
API results are temporarily available for up to 30 minutes. Copy, check and save them promptly, then confirm deletion. There is no separate retrieval code or historical reissue. Deleting our copy does not revoke your Telegram API credentials.
