Prepare an access code
If you already have a code, open Start application and paste it in full. Card code and access code mean the same credential on this website. Disabled codes and codes with no uses left cannot start new applications.
Otherwise, contact support using the button at the lower right. Website assistance costs CNY 5 / application. Ask in the chat if you need multiple uses. Pricing and scope
Verify your number
- After your access code is accepted, enter a phone number with its country code.
- Review the expanded application details and describe your actual intended use.
- Find the developer portal code in the relevant Telegram account. Enter it only on the application page.
- Wait for completion, then view API ID and API Hash.
No platform account, two-step verification password or new Telegram client device session is required. Complete the process in this browser. Clearing browser data or changing devices may prevent access to your current session.
How uses work
Starting each number reserves one use. Verification of a successful result consumes it. Confirmed failures or safe cancellations release it. Unknown upstream outcomes keep the reservation while checked; a page timeout alone does not establish failure.
One access code can contain multiple uses. Apply for numbers in the same workspace without entering a new code for each one. If no uses are available, follow the page instructions to finish pending applications or use a new code.
Save, then delete
After copying, paste both credentials somewhere safe and check they are complete. In the dialog, choose I have copied them — delete. This removes the result and its page record. Historical retrieval is unavailable. Saving guide
Contact support
Use Contact support at the lower right to open the dedicated Telegram bot. Send /start for instructions and the WeChat appreciation payment QR. After paying, tell support in the same chat and wait for manual verification and your access code. Saying Paid does not issue one automatically.
The current dedicated website support bot is @GetTGAPIComBot. For application issues, provide the time and the page message. Do not send verification codes, two-step passwords or API Hash. Support is Chinese-speaking.
