Quick answer: Check the existing application first if this number already has API credentials. Losing a local copy is not a reason to repeatedly create an app. GetTGAPI can assist with retrieval, but cannot restore a deleted delivery copy.

Check whether an application already exists
A past successful application, credentials you configured in another tool, or a portal that opens directly to app details may indicate an existing application.
Read those details first. Do not repeatedly create because your local copy is missing. Telegram currently documents one api_id per number; check the actual portal state. Official instructions
View it in the official portal
- Open my.telegram.org and verify the domain.
- Complete portal verification for the correct number.
- Open API development tools.
- Find and save API ID and API Hash if app details are shown.
If you see a creation form but remember applying before, first confirm the signed-in number. Do not use someone else's shared links or credentials to access account information.
What happens if you use our service again?
We check the number's application through the portal. Existing details are retrieved; creation is attempted only when none exists. Applying again does not guarantee a different ID or Hash.
Access codes verify remaining uses, not access to another browser's historical results. Decide whether to proceed based on your needs and balance. A deleted temporary result cannot be restored using the original access code.
Deleting a copy versus revoking an application
Confirming deletion here removes our temporary delivery copy and the corresponding page record. It does not revoke the Telegram application or invalidate configurations in other tools.
Result cleared therefore does not mean the official app was deleted or leaked credentials were automatically replaced. Check the security of your devices and tools separately.
Save the retrieved details
Store complete credentials somewhere safe under your control. Avoid public screenshots, public cloud notes and group files. See saving and deletion.
