Not every account encounters every state. Follow any explicit error as well.
Why check after ERROR disappears?
Closing an alert only removes the alert. Refreshing does not prove creation. Find actual app details instead of inferring success from an idle page.
Telegram's official instructions identify api_id and api_hash as the application result. If an app exists, read it; do not treat the absence of a Create button as a reason to apply again.
If Create was submitted with no clear response, use timeout checks. Keep an uncertain state as pending verification, not failed.
Verify a GetTGAPI result
- Check the original record and matching number without opening duplicate flows.
- Wait for explicit completion and displayed ID and Hash. Payment, access-code validation and phone verification are earlier stages.
- Copy both credentials somewhere safe under your control.
- Check the saved copy, then confirm deletion here.
For unchanged progress or unexpected counts, contact support with time and status. Mask full credentials; you do not need to send the result for authenticity checking.
Credentials exist but software still fails
Application completion and correct software configuration are separate. For API_ID_INVALID, check the matched pair, extra copied characters and the running program's actual configuration.

Can support retrieve a deleted result?
No historical reissue of cleared delivery copies is available. Clicking Copy alone does not guarantee you saved the data somewhere you can reopen.
Our deletion does not revoke the Telegram app. Authorized users may view the existing app; that accesses official details again rather than restoring our backup.
