What happened after submission?
This guide covers a completed form followed by Create application, then a spinner, blank screen, disconnect or ERROR, without a clear result.
The request may not have completed, or the server may have processed it without returning the full response. The browser alone cannot distinguish these outcomes. Read application details first.

Keep the exact error and check for app details. If the creation form remains, look for an explicit field message. A fast generic error does not prove a short-name issue.
Connection timeout after waiting
Once connectivity returns, read the same account's application page. Do not let the browser resubmit the last form or create simultaneously on phone and computer.
Creation form after refresh
Check the account and session. One view of a form does not confirm the previous request failed. If a submitted request remains uncertain, stop repeated submissions and ask for help checking it.
ID and Hash after refresh
Save the existing result. There is no need to create again just to clear the earlier error. See saving results.
How GetTGAPI handles uncertain submissions
We record submission state before creating. If a submitted request returns an unknown result, subsequent checks read the application page rather than automatically replaying Create after a timeout.
The page may show checking or manual review. A use can remain reserved during this period, then be consumed on success or released after confirmed failure or safe cancellation. Reserved does not mean successfully consumed. Service terms
Confirm resolution
The correct account's complete ID and Hash are the evidence. An HTTP response, stopped spinner or dismissed alert is not equivalent.
Before deleting a temporary result, paste and check it somewhere safe. Deleting our delivery copy does not delete Telegram's application.
Should you purchase another use?
Check the old application first. Another purchase cannot establish what the previous request did and may cause unnecessary work.
Ask support to check. If no records remain pending and you need fresh assistance, use an access code to proceed.
