Quick answer: Copy and verify the complete ID and Hash before confirming deletion. Support can explain saving, deletion and viewing an existing app, but cannot restore a cleared delivery copy.

Copy, then check
Open the completed result and copy API ID and API Hash to a safe location you control. Check both fields are present, the Hash is complete, and you can reopen the saved copy.
Copying only writes to the clipboard; it does not establish durable storage. A later copy can replace it. Paste and check before returning to the confirmation dialog.
Confirm deletion
After copying, a dialog appears. Choose I have copied them — delete to clear the temporary result and remove its record from the application page.
If you have not saved it, dismiss the dialog and continue checking. The result area's delete button also opens confirmation. Do not confirm merely to dismiss a dialog before saving.
How long are results retained?
Results are held for delivery for up to 30 minutes, encrypted in a memory filesystem, outside the business database and routine backups. You may delete them early; expiry also clears them.
There is no historical reissue or separate retrieval code to restore deleted results. Usage counts and necessary operation records are separate and retained under the service rules. See Privacy.
What deletion does not mean
Deleting our copy does not revoke the Telegram app or retract credentials you copied, photographed or entered in other software. Support messages, Telegram's own data and device copies require separate management.
A page message reports the platform's action; it cannot independently prove every copy on the internet has disappeared. We state this scope explicitly and do not present a button as third-party audit proof.
Deleted before saving?
We cannot show the cleared delivery copy again. If you are authorized to operate the account, you can view its existing app through the official portal. See retrieving existing API credentials.
Do not send results to support as a backup. Describe your issue, masking the complete Hash, verification codes and personal information in screenshots.
