Quick answer: Returning to the phone form calls for checking the portal session. If Create was submitted, re-verify and read the result first. Returning home after clearing the last GetTGAPI result can be a normal completion step.

What a return to the phone form means
The page is no longer showing usable portal verification state. This alone does not prove application failure or deletion. First establish whether you submitted Create.
If not, follow the current verification prompt. If you did and the result is unknown, read the app details immediately after re-verifying instead of creating again.
Did you change browsers?
A chat app's embedded browser, Chrome and another device do not automatically share site login state. Verifying in one window and reopening in another may require verification again.
Clearing cookies can also sign you out, as documented in Chrome's cookie guidance.
Complete one flow in the same browser you control. Avoid clearing site data, closing private windows or switching browsers during an application.
Repeated redirects
For ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS, check the address and site settings. Chrome lists cookie issues as one possible cause, not a diagnosis of your specific page. Redirect troubleshooting
If you need to clear data, first save any result and resolve in-progress applications, then clear only the relevant site. Clearing all browsing data should not be the first response to an application error.
Returning to GetTGAPI home is different
GetTGAPI does not require customer registration. After code verification the browser holds this visit's context, separate from the Telegram portal session.
After deleting the last result, when nothing remains to continue, returning home can be part of delivery completion. Re-entering an old access code cannot restore a deleted temporary result. Saving and deletion
Verify normal operation
After portal verification, you should be able to view app details or continue an unsubmitted form. If redirects continue, record the domain, time and error text. Do not share full credential-bearing URLs.
Ask support, or start with your existing access code. Check any active record first to avoid duplicate handling.
