Which option suits your needs?
If you can open the official portal, understand the application form and are comfortable troubleshooting, start with the official application walkthrough. If you already have an application, first check whether you only need to view its existing API ID and API Hash.
If you prefer a guided application page, progress updates or help investigating a portal ERROR, describe the problem to GetTGAPI support. Website application assistance currently costs CNY 5 per application; see the pricing page for scope. Upstream restrictions can still prevent completion. Paying for assistance does not guarantee their removal.

GetTGAPI is independent and is not affiliated with Telegram. Both routes obtain developer application credentials; neither sells a Telegram account, login access or Premium.
What to prepare
Use an existing Telegram account that you are authorized to use, and make sure you can read its developer portal verification messages. Choose an application title and short name appropriate to your intended use. See the application form guide if you are unsure how to fill them in.
For a number that already has API credentials, check the existing application first. Reapplying should not be treated as a way to obtain a fresh identity. API ID and API Hash identify a developer application and differ from a Bot Token. If you need a bot credential, read the credential comparison before applying.
What you still need to do with GetTGAPI
You verify the access code, confirm your right to use the number, enter the developer portal verification code and save the final ID and Hash. We cannot read the portal code in your Telegram account and do not need your two-step verification password.
This service does not add a Telegram client device session or read your chat history. It does not include account hosting, registration of new Telegram numbers or SMS reception.
Support can investigate errors and request status without receiving your verification code, two-step password or API Hash in chat. Ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure whether assistance is appropriate.
Choosing a next step when you see ERROR
Identify whether the error occurred while submitting the number, verifying the portal code, submitting the application form or using credentials in another program. These situations need different fixes, and applying again may not help.

API_ID_INVALIDafter you already obtained credentials: check the ID and Hash configuration before purchasing another application.
If the problem remains unclear, contact GetTGAPI support. An error description and a redacted screenshot are enough to start. Paid assistance should not be presented as a guaranteed fix for every ERROR.
Saving the result and recognizing completion
When GetTGAPI reports success and provides the full ID and Hash, copy and verify them before confirming deletion. Temporary results are retained for at most 30 minutes and cannot be retrieved historically. Deleting our copy does not delete the application on Telegram.
A successful application means the developer credentials were obtained. It does not guarantee that every third-party program will work: configuration, network, version and usage restrictions must be checked separately.
