Quick answer: Visit GetTGAPI at gettgapi.com, select “Start application” and enter your complete access code. Then enter your phone number and complete developer portal verification. A request reserves a credit first and uses it on success. A pending request is not a completed charge.

Access codes and Telegram verification codes are different
A GetTGAPI access code opens our application assistance service. It is neither a Telegram login code nor the API ID and API Hash you receive at the end. Keep the complete access code: its last four characters alone cannot open an application.
Telegram provides a developer portal verification code when you verify the number. Enter it only in the current application form, not in support chat. You need an existing Telegram account that you are authorized to use. GetTGAPI's API application service does not register new Telegram accounts.
From receiving a code to saving your result
- Open gettgapi.com and go to access code verification. Paste the complete code without the surrounding purchase instructions.
- Check that credits remain. Enter the phone number including its country code. For example,
+12025550123illustrates the format; it is not a number to use. - Check the application title and short name, confirm your authorization to use the number, and submit. An existing application returns its credentials; otherwise the service attempts to create one.
- Follow the page instructions and check the relevant Telegram account for the developer portal message. Enter the code for this request and wait. Do not substitute a code issued for logging in on another device.
- When the full API ID and API Hash appear, copy them to a secure place you control. Verify the copy, then confirm deletion of the platform's temporary result.
This flow does not ask for your Telegram two-step verification password or add a client login session to your account. See the saving and deletion guide for details.
Understanding available and reserved credits
One access code may contain several credits, so you do not need a separate code for each account. A pending application reserves one credit to prevent the same credit from being used for concurrent requests.
| Situation | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
| Credits are available | You can start another application. The website and public API share the code's balance |
| Sending a code, waiting for a code or applying | The request usually has a reserved credit. Finish the current request instead of submitting duplicates |
| A result is obtained successfully | One credit is used. Save the result promptly |
| Failure or cancellation is confirmed | The reservation is released according to the request status. Check the latest displayed balance |
| The outcome is still being checked | The reservation remains temporarily. Wait for reconciliation or contact support; it is not a final charge |
| No credits are available | You cannot start a new request. Check for pending reservations before purchasing another code |
For example, if a code starts with 3 credits, one application has succeeded and another is pending, one credit remains available. The pending request must finish or release its reservation before its final effect on the balance is known.
Redeemed, exhausted and disabled are different states
A previously redeemed code may still have available credits. Exhausted means no credits remain for a new request. If a valid result is still waiting to be saved, deal with that result before creating anything else.
Disabled or suspended means the code cannot currently be used, regardless of its remaining balance. Ask the issuer to check it; repeated submissions will not restore it. For an invalid-code message, first check that you copied the entire code without extra text, then ask support to investigate.
What to include in a support request
Use GetTGAPI support and describe the step that failed. Include the displayed error, the time, the last four characters of your access code and a redacted screenshot. If further verification is needed, provide only the necessary details requested in private chat. Do not post complete access codes publicly.
Support does not need your Telegram verification code, two-step password or API Hash. For missing codes, follow the verification message checklist. For a portal ERROR, use the ERROR troubleshooting guide.
Can a deleted result be retrieved again?
Our service cannot reissue a temporary result after it has been cleared. Results are retained for at most 30 minutes and can be deleted earlier by you. Deletion does not restore a credit used by a successful application, and it does not revoke the application on Telegram.
Before deleting, check that your saved ID and Hash are complete. If you deleted them accidentally, follow the existing application guide to check the official developer portal yourself. Deleting a result does not turn its used credit into a new application credit.
Have an access code? Open the GetTGAPI application page. For purchases or unresolved problems, contact support first.
